FAQ
Can I sell online and in my physical store?
Yes. The Online plan gives you the online store with catalog, orders, basic inventory, customers and coupons. The Pro plan adds a POS to sell at the counter of one store, and Business covers up to three stores.
Does Youpy take a commission on sales?
From the Online plan up, Youpy takes no commission on sales; only Stripe's processing fees apply.
Can I import the catalog I already have?
Yes. Upload a PDF or a photo of your catalog: the AI import reads the products and you review everything before saving.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The Online plan includes connecting your own domain, with the first year of domain registration free. Renewal is billed separately.
Can I change templates later?
Yes. Products, departments and orders don't depend on the template: switch between Mercado, Bazar, Galeria and Depósito at any time.
