FAQ
Does it work for agencies and independent agents?
Yes. At sign-up you choose the real estate profile, and the dashboard works with properties instead of products, with website templates made for the sector.
Do you take a commission on sales or rentals?
No. The real estate profile starts on the Online plan, a subscription with no Youpy commission on the deal. It includes custom domain connection, with the first year of domain registration free.
How do enquiries from buyers and tenants reach me?
Through your own website: every property has a viewing request with date and time of day, an information request and WhatsApp with the property name in the message. Requests arrive in the dashboard's contact inbox with the property, the preferred date and the person's details.
How many properties and photos can I publish?
There is no limit on properties. Each property takes up to 30 photos and 5 videos.
Can I import listings from a property portal or a spreadsheet?
Not yet: there is no automatic import from portals or spreadsheets. You add each property in the dashboard, with fields already set up for real estate, and it goes live on the site right away.
